Estimating Your Due Date

Below is a chart to help you workout the date that your baby is due. Find the first day of your last period (bold writing). The date directly below it (in red) is your due date. Example, if your last period was April 4 your baby will be due on January 9. This chart should only be used as a guide and is based on a 28 day cycle.

Note:As you progress in the numbers, when it switches to a 1, you have gone into the next month.
